Freedom Treatment Agents code of ethics ensures that each service provider we represent meets a high standard of accommodation, hygiene, nutrition, staffing levels and treatment. Our standards include:

• Offer evidence-based treatments
• Able to tailor treatment to an individual's specific needs
• Employ an appropriately qualified multi-disciplinary team
• Be safe, clean and comfortable
• Offer accommodation that promotes community and prohibits isolation
• Respect the client's confidentiality and religious or philosophical beliefs
• Carry out comprehensive client assessments
• Provide an environment that promotes a mutually supportive community
• Employ staff who are well trained and supervised, confident in their work and have empathy towards clients
• Have high organisational and managerial standards
• Provide a comprehensive treatment programme that addresses the social, psychological and physical health aspects of addiction
• Offer a combination of individual, group and one-to-one work
• Encourage the use of self-help groups
• Offer an aftercare programme, or ability to arrange a programme locally to the client when treatment is completed
